Fees: There is no fee, as such. However...
We ask each demonstrating martial arts school to raise $150 in contributions for the benefit of the Roger Maris Cancer Center
Schools which raise at least $250 will be entitled to free attendance for 4 members
(1/2 table) at our Saturday night banquet.
Schools raising $400 or more will receive free banquet seating for 8 members (1 table).
Invite your friends. Admission for non-demonstrating attendees is $10 per day in advance and $12 at the door. Families will get in for $25 per day.
The charge for our banquet supper on Saturday night is $10 per seat.
Please ask the members of your martial arts school, who will be participating in your demonstration, to sign the waiver on the reverse of this form. (For participants less than 18 years of age, please obtain signature of parent or guardian. Use extra forms if necessary.)
