November 12^th & 13^th 2011

Attention Attendees:

This is a notice to inform you of a change to the Fargo All Martial Arts Seminar Schedule.

Due to not enough expressed interest and/or pre-registering for the November 12^th evening dinner banquet, we will not be having a banquet this year. 

The pre-registration/registration monies were going to be used in part to help offset the cost of the banquet so to ensure that we didn’t have to allocate any donation/ Silent Auction proceeds for overhead.  We want to be able to give as much as we can to the cause.  Also the inability to lock in a minimum attendance make’s it hard for the venue to staff and accommodate a banquet.    We hope we will be able to have a banquet next year.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Instead, we are going to have a list going at the front door of the Seminar where you can leave your name if you are interested in going out as a group to fellowship at one of Fargo’s local restaurants. 

The two day event is still going to be filled with fun, fellowship, sharing and learning all

for common goal of raising money to help in the fight against cancer.

We are still grateful for any Silent Auction items you may want to contribute.  Our Silent Auction will be running both Saturday and Sunday.  We have some great items already for you to check out.  Participants need not be present to win.

This year is already off to a great start, and it is getting better every year we put on this Seminar.  We thank you for your effort and support. We look forward to seeing you this weekend,
